These terms apply to your use of Balnced. By using the app you agree to them.

WHAT BALNCED IS

Balnced is a self-tracking tool: you log your own wins and setbacks and the app turns them into a level, a graph, and patterns. It is not a medical or health device, does not give medical, psychological, or professional advice, and is no substitute for any of those. If you're struggling, please speak to a professional.

YOUR LICENCE

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store's standard terms. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

MEMBERSHIP & FREE TRIAL

Full access to Balnced is a monthly auto-renewing subscription:

  • 3-day free trial for new members, then $1.99 per month.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, after the trial ends.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. To avoid any charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  • Prices may change; you'll always be told before a change affects you.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account; we aren't able to issue them directly.

YOUR DATA

Everything you log stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for your device backups; resetting data or deleting the app permanently erases what the app stored.

NO WARRANTY

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

UPDATES, CHANGES AND DISCONTINUATION

Balnced is made by an independent developer. We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be called out in release notes. We don't promise future updates, new features, or that the app will stay available forever: we may change, suspend or discontinue the app (in whole or in part), or remove it from sale, at any time and without liability for doing so. If the app is ever discontinued, your subscription's auto-renewal stops through Apple, and everything you've logged stays on your device, exportable from Settings whenever you like. We may also end your licence if you seriously breach these terms. You can stop using the app at any time.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be overridden.
